Virginia L. Ekelund

Civil Litigation and Family Law
Virginia is a litigator with twenty years of successful advocacy for her clients. Her deep understanding of legal doctrine and individual rights allows her to quickly identify legal issues and implement the strongest possible strategy to address those issues.
Virginia is a member of both the California Bar and the Hawaii Bar. Her diverse experience has presented her with the opportunity to represent clients in business litigation including contract disputes, trade secrets and unfair competition, real estate and real property matters, construction defects litigation, employment litigation, personal injury, family law and trust litigation.
Virginia is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley where she received a degree in physiology. She then attended Santa Clara University where she received her law degree. While there, Virginia served as the Articles Editor of the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal and received the American Jurisprudence Award in criminal law. Virginia has also had the honor of being chosen as a Legal Intern with the Hawaii State Supreme Court.
