Family Law & Mediation - Child Timeshare Plans
Developing a child visitation time share plan provides children with the security of knowing exactly when they will be with each of their parents and provides the parents with the security of knowing how the timeshare will take place. A well developed timeshare plan also prevents conflict between parents. When developing a time share plan take the time to consider the needs of the child or children, the needs of the parents and the circumstance which may affect the development of the timeshare plan. Some factors that should be considered are the age of the child or children, the child’s attachment to his or her parents, sibling relationships, parent work schedules, child care and other activities.
The forms provided on this page can be used as they are or can be used as examples of how to develop a timeshare plan. Please select a plan that corresponds to the age of your child or children.
